Types of veneers
- Porcelain (ceramic) veneers made in a laboratory, more durable, with a stable colour,
- composite veneers made of a composite material, less invasive and easier to correct.

Veneers versus bonding
Bonding is the additive application of composite, usually without grinding and often reversible. Veneers are more durable restorations of a greater scope, especially porcelain ones. Which option is right depends on the situation. More about bonding: dental bonding.
When veneers are worth considering

How the treatment works
We start with a consultation and a plan. Depending on the type of veneers, tooth preparation is minimal or requires slight work (more often with ceramic ones). We take impressions, including digital ones with an intraoral scanner, and bond the finished veneers adhesively. The number of visits depends on the type and scope.
Durability and care
Durability depends on the type of veneers, hygiene and habits. Regular check-ups and limiting strongly staining products and habits that burden the teeth help. We provide recommendations after the procedure. We do not give a durability guarantee.
