About the doctor – dr Robert Kulik

I am an andrologist and gynaecologist. After many years of experience in the treatment and prevention of conditions in women, I took up the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Because in more than half of infertility cases it is the man who is responsible for the lack of pregnancy, I became interested in andrology. That led me to men's health issues and, ultimately, to male contraception. For the past 8 years I have specialised in performing a single procedure – vasectomy. I have carried out more than 5,000 no-scalpel vasectomy operations.

Vasectomy – the “Canadian method”

Vasectomy is an effective, reversible, painless and micro-invasive method of contraception for men. The micro-invasive “keyhole” procedure in the Canadian variant involves blocking the patency of the vas deferens, through which sperm normally pass from the testicles.

Reversal vasectomy (revasectomy)

Revasectomy is a microsurgical procedure that involves reconnecting the divided vas deferens.
